Seleção de indicadores de qualidade do espaço público a partir da perspectiva de gênero

Abstract

As part of a research about the dynamics of female relationships with the public space, this article revises and analizes comparatively evaluation criterias for the quality of public space according to the perspective of gender. The use of criterias of gender in the process of urban planning can contribute in the construction of more adequate cities for women. Through bibliographic research, criterias adopted by different groups and authors were merged. The results point to the construction of a system of indicators that are estimated to identify different forms of appropriation and experiences produced in the city.
