| dc.description | Compreender o processo de expansão deste repertório tipomorfológico de habitação condominial, como ele se desenvolve e reorienta o desenho urbano causando estratificação e auto segregação social foram os fatores que impulsionaram a investigação que originou este artigo. O crescimento da cidade no recorte temporal de 2001 a 2009 foi tomado como ponto de partida para a elucidação do período de grande crescimento dos enclaves fortificados no tecido urbano da capital do Maranhão. Como consequência principal vemos a ratificação do processo de segmentação urbana que vem ocorrendo no município. O trabalho utilizou na sua metodologia a observação de imagens de aerofotogrametria para a elaboração dos mapas com a classificação e contagem das tipologias sugeridas a partir de condomínios e a faixa de renda nominal mensal atribuídas ao bairro no qual ele está inserido. A percepção da expansão do repertório condomínios fechados de casas e ou prédios é flagrante, bem com o empobrecimento do modelo. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.abstract | Understanding the process of expansion of this typomorphological repertoire of condominial housing, as it develops and reorients urban design causing stratification and social self-segregation were the factors that drove the research that originated this article. The growth of the city in the time cut from 2001 to 2009 was taken as a starting point for the elucidation of the period of great growth of the fortified enclaves in the urban fabric of the capital of Maranhao. As a main consequence we see the ratification of the process of urban segmentation that has been taking place in the municipality. The work used in its methodology the observation of aerophotogrametry images for the elaboration of the maps with the classification and counting of the typologies suggested from condominiums and the monthly nominal income range attributed to the neighborhood in which it is inserted. The perception of the expansion of the repertoire closed condominiums of houses and or buildings is blatant, as well as impoverishment of the model. | pt_BR |
