Estratégias projetuais em casas contemporâneas implantadas em típico lote urbano em São Paulo
Abstract
This article discusses the design methods used by architects to design contemporary houses implanted in a typical urban plot in. To do so, in order to establish comparisons and evaluate design strategies, diagrams are applied to identify the ways of designing in this type of lot through five copies: Casa 4x30 (2011, FGMF + CR2 Architecture), Casa do Morro do Querosene (2008, Grupo SP), House in Jardim Paulistano (2015, Grupo SP), Casa de Fim de Semana em SP (2014, SPBR Architects) and Casa Brooklin (2005, SIAA Architects). The study, which is part of the Master thesis, starts with the design of implantation and other diagrams that end up justifying it. When analyzing the elaborated diagrams, the tactics of design were identified and it was verified that these strategies were actually adopted according to the conditions imposed by the lot. These factors, together with the influence of the environment, eventually explain the resulting deployment of the building. The solutions resulted in distinct designs, even as some formal aspects approached. The work shows the relationship of the single family residence with the consolidated urban context, in order to contribute to the formation of repertoire, as well as the graphic analysis of projects from its implantation.
