| dc.description | Os números de casos de depressão diagnosticados diariamente em Teresina vêm crescendo vertiginosamente. Em vista disso, este artigo traz algumas características atuais da morfologia urbana que podem influenciar no comportamento emocional do indivíduo na capital do Piauí. Aspectos sociais, climáticos, morfológicos, econômicos e contemporâneos foram listados a fim de se chegar a conclusões satisfatórias sobre a influência do meio no emocional humano. Uma pesquisa bibliográfica foi realizada e foram consideradas contribuições de autores renomados, como CARLOS, Ana F. A. (2007) e BAUMAN, Zygmunt. (1997) e (2001) a fim de reforçar o quanto a morfologia urbana pode influenciar no comportamento depressivo da sociedade contemporânea teresinense. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.abstract | The numbers of cases of depression diagnosed daily in Teresina have been growing rapidly. In view of this, this article brings some current characteristics of the urban morphology that can influence in the emotional behavior of the individual in the capital of Piauí. Social, climatic, morphological, economic, and contemporary aspects were listed in order to arrive at satisfactory conclusions about the influence of the environment on the human emotional.
