Co-living: uma nova maneira colaborativa de morar

Abstract

This article presents a discussion about a new way of living, co-living, as part of the results of a professional master's research that had as its product a housing project. The research had the following objectives: a) To present the context and the factors that contributed to the emergence of co-living; b) Define what is co-living; c) List some basic principles for the success of co-living housing; d) Know the local real estate market (Natal / RN) and identify a potential target audience, consistent with this potential reality. The questions to be answered were: Is there a potential public for this type of housing in Natal-RN? What type of building currently serves this audience? What are your needs? From these answers, a preliminary project for a co-living building was developed, aiming to respond to the needs of a significant portion of the market.
