| dc.description | Com a evolução urbana, é notória a carência de espaços livres de uso público os quais atendam a população, tanto em quantidade, como em qualidade. Como auxílio à avaliação desses espaços, mais precisamente das praças, a presente pesquisa discute a adequação de uma ferramenta destinada ao estudo de vias, para o fim proposto, junto à identificação e avaliação de 11 praças da região administrativa 6 – Goiabeiras, localizada na cidade de Vitória – ES – Brasil. O trabalho é realizado por um grupo de pesquisa organizado pela colaboração entre duas universidades. Com o levantamento bibliográfico, embasamento chave para a estruturação do trabalho, não somente foi permitido o conhecimento do Índice de Caminhabilidade (iCam), como possibilitou às alterações cabíveis a este. Com base nos indicadores preestabelecidos, foi realizada a identificação das praças, com posterior aplicação dos mesmos, objetivando a análise e comparação das classificações obtidas. Este artigo apresenta a avaliação correspondente à categoria “Sociabilidade, Usos e Atividades”, uma das 4 pelas quais se organiza os indicadores propostos. Os resultados da pesquisa enriquecem o campo de avaliação qualitativo dos espaços livres através da aplicabilidade direta dos indicadores, os quais são escassos na área e prevê, posteriormente, a aplicação destes em outras regiões as quais apresentem carência na percepção qualitativa dos espaços públicos. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.abstract | With urban evolution, the lack of open spaces for public use is noticeable which attend the population, both in quantity and quality. As an aid to the evaluation of these spaces, more precisely of the squares, the present research discusses the adequacy of a tool destined to the study of ways for the proposed purpose, next to the identification and evaluation of 11 plazas of the administrative region 6 - Goiabeiras, located in the city of Vitória - ES - Brasil. A research group organized by the collaboration between two universities carries out the research. With the bibliographical survey, the key foundation for the structuring of the work, not only was it possible to know the Walkability Index (iCam), but also allowed changes to it. Based on the preestablished indicators, the squares were identified, with subsequent application of the same, aiming at the analysis and comparison of the classifications obtained. This article will present the evaluation corresponding to the category "Sociability, Uses and Activities", one of the 4 for which the proposed indicators are organized. The results of the research enrich the field of qualitative evaluation of open spaces through the direct applicability of the indicators, which are scarce in the area and predicts, later, the application of these in other regions that present deficiency in the qualitative perception of public spaces. | pt_BR |
