    Abstract
This work ascertains that the majority of the architecture students or new architects presents their projects with expressiveless and communicativeless technical drawings. There can be pointed two motifs for this, among others: deficiency in teaching basic disciplines such as projective geometry and in particularities of architectonic technical drawing, and lack of technical and technological constructive knowledge. Such lack of knowledgement in using this basic tool, which is so necessary to architects, endangers their professional performance. The results instigate us to reconsider and review our positions, in order to contribute to the quality improvement of architecture teaching and, as a consequence, to improve architects professional performance.
