| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT In the areas of social interest formed by slums or low income areas, the production of habitational units has been occurring through the improvement of the existing edifications, being necessary the elaboration of special rules for the accomplishment of the specific propositions of growing, opening, thus, the perspective for the elaboration of projects with special features. The reading of the occupation patterns of the areas of social interest in Natal, allows us to understand the logic of forming and expanding the web, according to which it is possible to build new propositions for the elaboration of projects based on the insertion of building in existing and consolidate context. RESUMO Nas Áreas de Interesse Social constituídas por favelas ou áreas de baixa renda, a produção de unidades habitacionais tem se dado através de melhorias de edificações existentes, sendo necessário a elaboração de normas especiais para a execução de propostas específicas de crescimento, abrindo assim a perspectiva para a elaboração de projetos com características especiais. A leitura dos padrões de ocupação das Áreas de Interesse Social da cidade de Natal, permite-nos compreender a lógica de formação e expansão do tecido, segundo a qual é possível construir novos enunciados para a elaboração de projetos baseados na inserção de edifícios em contextos existentes e consolidados. | pt_BR |
