| dc.description | Cei+lândia: o nome origina-se da derivação da sigla CEI – Campanha de Erradicação de Invasões, constituindo um prefixo ao qual se soma o sufixo lândia, terra. Situada a 26 km do Plano Piloto, trata-se, hoje, da IX Região Administrativa de Brasília, a mais populosa dentre as trinta e uma existentes. Em uma cidade onde a crítica à segregação social do Plano Piloto é forte, Ceilândia vem se reposicionando, encontrando certa centralidade, ainda que tímida, no âmbito das políticas públicas de caráter preservacionista. Território de fortes expressões culturais, Ceilândia tem raízes, sobretudo, no Nordeste brasileiro, donde vem a sua força do cantar, da tradição do repente e do cordel ou, mais recentemente, do hip-hop. É neste cenário que se encontra a Casa do Cantador, exemplar da arquitetura moderna, uma das poucas obras de Oscar Niemeyer fora do Plano Piloto. Feita objeto de intervenção da disciplina Técnicas Retrospectivas, a Casa do Cantador foi a base para se discutir o direito à cidade e ao patrimônio modernos, considerando seus desafios e potencialidades. É sobre essa discussão que o presente artigo trata, trazendo à tona, em sua primeira parte, o debate teórico acerca do direito à cidade em uma cidade moderna, Ceilândia. O edifício é objeto da parte que se segue e, em um terceiro momento, apresentam-se as soluções de intervenção desenvolvidas enfrentando conflitos, evitando privilégios e indicando possibilidades de um fazer e viver democrático do patrimônio e da cidade. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.abstract | Cei + lândia: the name originates from the derivation of the abbreviation CEI - Invasion Eradication Campaign, constituting a prefix to which is added the suffix land. Located 26 km from the Pilot Plan, it is now the IX Administrative Region of Brasília, the most populous of the thirty-one existing. In a city where the criticism of the social segregation of the Pilot Plan is strong, Ceilândia has been repositioning itself, finding some centrality, within the scope of public policies of preservationist character. Territory of strong cultural expressions, Ceilândia has roots, mainly, in the Brazilian Northeast, where comes its strength of the singing, the tradition of the suddenly and the cordel or, more recently, hip-hop. It is in this scenario that the Casa do Cantador, exemplary of modern architecture, is one of the few works of Oscar Niemeyer outside the Plano Piloto. Object of intervention of the discipline Urban Conservation Design, the Casa do Cantador was the basis to discuss the right to the modern city and the patrimony, considering their challenges and potentialities. It is about this discussion that this article deals, bringing to the fore, in its first part, the theoretical debate about the right to the city in a modern city, Ceilândia. The building is the object of the following part and, in a third moment, the intervention solutions developed facing conflicts, avoiding privileges and indicating possibilities of a democratic doing and living of the patrimony and of the city are presented. | pt_BR |
