The process of valuing individual motorized transportation and the precariousness of public transport has led the urban planning for car-friedly cities. The present study has as a case study the city of Rolândia-Paraná, which presents 20% of the displacements by bicycle, well above the national average of 2% for municipalities above 60,000 inhabitants. Thus, this research intends to understand this phenomenon, firstly from the spatial syntax analysis - if the choice (NACH value) enables the prediction of routes for the bicycle displacement and to compare the NACH routes with those of the data loading Origin-Destination search. Finally, the main objective is to verify the relationship between cycle routes and bicycle accident sites, considered one of the main externalities in this type of active displacement. The results of this study contribute to the inclusion of cycle analysis tools and subsidize urban planning strategies for a more bikeable city
